Our office provides free Lunch and Learn opportunities for local businesses and organizations. We even provide the healthy lunch! Dr. Derek gives a brief 30 minute presentation about living a healthy lifestyle, followed with a question and answer period. The presentation touches on the topics of eating well, thinking well and moving well. We will leave your employees with a folder of information about our office and upcoming events.
It is our hope that we will open the minds of some of your employees and encourage them to adopt a healthy lifestyle. This awareness will result in a cost savings to your company. Attached is an article that outlines some of the recent research and data on wellness in the workplace.
