Your Second Visit to Our Crystal Lake Practice
On your second visit you will need about 15-20 minutes to go over your examination findings with Dr. Tony. This will be done in the doctor's office where you will have every opportunity to review your findings, and ask any questions you may have before beginning care. As always, knowledge and education are of utmost importance to Dr. Tony so he will ensure that you understand everything about your care before proceeding.
After receiving your first specific chiropractic adjustment, you will then meet with our office manager, Julie Ash, to discuss all details of the treatment plan, including any questions you may have about your financial and insurance plans. Julie, or "Jules" as she is called, is truly an expert in patient advocacy and you will quickly see that she is there to help you every step of the way.
