Meet Our Premier Wellness Chiropractic Staff

Kristina Ebel Kristina, Addison, and Oliver Ebel

Kristina grew up in Crystal Lake and is excited to be back! She graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. After graduation she took a 6th grade teaching position 30 miles NW of Davenport, where she had moved to be with Dr. Tony while he attended chiropractic school. Kristina’s school, Calamus-Wheatland, is a very small farming community very similar to Paullina, the town Dr. Tony grew up in. Always focused on health and wellness, Kristina started a fitness program called “Happy Feet for Fitness” at her school to encourage students to get active and earn recognition for their efforts on the school news channel. She also started a lunch club for low achieving students to have a place to discuss their lives outside of school and encourage each other to thrive. Furthermore, Kristina was very active in encouraging parents to try natural approaches for students to better focus in school prior to seeking the medical route. Throughout her pregnancies, Kristina was very committed to getting adjusted, staying active, and eating well in preparation for a natural birth. She has always been a chiropractic patient, but witnessed the true power of the adjustment when Dr. Tony helped speed up her nearly halted contractions with a chiropractic adjustment during labor, helping ensure the safe delivery of their beautiful baby girl. Oliver’s chiropractic miracle began on the day of his birth. Emergency medical care saved his life, but chiropractic GAVE him life. Many people tell us we’re lucky to have such healthy kids, but we know it has nothing to do with luck and everything to do with living the Wellness Chiropractic lifestyle! Kristina, Addison, and Oliver love seeing patients progress to wellness and the joy it brings Dr. Tony to deliver such powerful adjustments. Premier Wellness Chiropractic is a dream they have worked hard to see come true. Living this dream as a family will always be number one to Kristina, Addison, and Oliver.

Alicia intended to use her degree to help the people in her community for the better, which is exactly what she has done since starting at Premier Wellness Chiropractic in January 2009. Alicia is extremely thankful to have found a wonderful atmosphere and upbeat staff where the community is provided with the knowledge to better their health. She looks forward to promoting both chiropractic care and the wonderful benefits for all to experience from living a wellness lifestyle.
